When and how CSR positively influence the reputation is shown in our self-developed modell and published in the well-known Swiss SME Magazin (KMU Magazin): Link to the article (only in German available).

We outline, when the meaning of the concept of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and its implementation comes to success. We further discuss how CSR can contribute to good reputation, why it is a leadership task and far more than just a communication tool.
